A letter from Denmark about snails

Dear Eike,
some times ago I have seen the homepage mandala.dk. This homepage belongs to a woman, who owns an organic garden on an island in Denmark. Of course she wants to live in harmony with the naked snails, but she does not seem to be able to do it. She is frustrated, -very understandable!
She has collected a lot of "good advises" for use against the naked snails, -but it does not work. All those "Good Advises" told her, how to kill the snails in the best way. I wrote her a description of how to meet the snails with 100 % love, and dissolve every negative thought and feeling. I mentionned your wonderful work and our workshop with you in Denmark (not the content). I told her, that Birgit and I live in harmony with the snails in our garden, and also how much we have learned from the contact with these snails. I had quoted some experiences of people that succeeded in living in harmony with the snails, mentionned in the magazine EinSicht.
This text was also sent to some newsgroups, and it also was published in the magazine "Nyt Aspekt" (indeed the same magazine where I first read about you!). Some people phoned or mailed to tell me, that they were very happy to get in contact with this. One women bought my painting with the snail-deva and she placed it on her fridge, so she is remembering every day.
I like to tell you another lovely short story: A women I know told me, that she had all these snails in her garden. Of course she did not like them to be there. She contacted the snaildeva, and asked the snails to move to some area outside her garden, so that they would be no problem for her. Some time went by, but nothing happened. Now she contacte the deva again: "Why haven’t they moved?" she asked and the deva answered: "You only want to get rid of us!" And that was right... !!! She now had to learn to live in harmony with the snails. Should she take a snail in her hands? For her this was allmost impossible to think about. Then one day she notized, that a snail was on its way up her leg! She took it in her hand, and she realized, that she was able to send love to the snail.
She felt real love to the snail!
This was a great experience for her. And after this she and the snails lived in harmony!
Birgit and I often discuss, how much we learned from you, and I often talk about it in different lectures.
